After my recent hiccup, I’ve been training pretty steadily now and have upped the anti with a full workout plan.
The biggest surprise is that i’m sticking to it!
Two months in and I’m finding things easier and more enjoyable. Definitely making some progress.
Though it’s infinitely frustrating that the scales aren’t moving! My trainer says it’s because I’m swapping fat for muscle, but it’s still super frustrating.
Next stop diet (*dies a little in side*). Tune in next week to see how that’s going!
