So recently I’ve started my preseason training for football which is starting up again this September.
Coming upto a month ago now we had our first game and just my luck I strained my ankle!
Looked worse than it felt but I’ve had to take it easy on the training, which is great timing with my Half Marathon & UK Prep climb coming in October!!
Thankfully I feel that im in a spot where i can pick up the pace again which is great because i really want to be in the best shape possible and also get to enjoy the experience of running and climbing in October
So watch this space

Hope the ankle is better soon – maybe you need to stick to low risk sports until October!
