Training is going good with just less than 3 weeks until the Three Peaks Challenge.
As sports being a huge part of my life, I always enjoy discovering new sports.
Bodyweight Training, Football and short runs have been 80% of my training routine – for Kilimanjaro I had to adapt my training to more long endurance units (for example hiking, bike riding).
From this adaption I benefit a lot – it is important to challenge your body and to mix up your training.
Preparing for Kilimanjaro really helped me get out of my workout routine and find love for other/new sports.
