In all the excitement of getting to know my Team Ubuntu colleagues, trying out kit and tackling some of the Lake District’s beautiful mountains this weekend, it would have been easy to forget why we are taking on this challenge! However, a generous donation from an anonymous sponsor this weekend ensured I reached my fundraising target, giving a welcome boost to my weary legs and a timely reminder to thank all the friends, family and colleagues who have supported me so far.
