Finally found a gorgeously snuggly down jacket that should keep me toasty warm higher up – both to walk in and sleep in! And also my kit bag that will come up the mountain with me.  I’m going to have to practice packing this as it looks small compared to the mountain of kit that I now have so may need to rationalise a bit!  Deciding what to buy has been a challenge in itself as good stuff is expensive – and it has to be things that I will wear or use again when I am not up a very high mountain!   Only a few more things to get now – and some being borrowed from adventurous friends….
