Team Ubuntu Have Arrived at the Final Camp
February 18, 2020We’ve just had our final scheduled satellite call for today. All members of Team Ubuntu are safely back to Kibo Camp. They have had their medical checks and they are resting and having dinner. They sound very happy and well.
The Uhuru Summit team made it back in great time and arrived back in camp at 6:30pm local time.
They will eat, drink plenty of liquids and have dinner and then try to get some well-deserved rest before hiking down to the next camp tomorrow.
It’s been a great day and we’re so happy for them all!
