Lashing down outside last Sunday and the last thing I wanted to do was go out on a walk.  But my enthusiastic coach and supporter (hubby Rob) said we had agreed to do another long one – and so off we went! And as always – as soon as you get out there and going – it’s just the best thing.  Once the rain had stopped and we saw a few glimmers of sunshine – the lack of extra time in bed was totally forgotten.  Again, we may not have been doing this had it not been for Kili.  A walk – yes always – with a dog it’s a must.  But to choose somewhere different and a bit further afield – likely not.  Windsor Great Park is a really beautiful place.
